And while we love what we do at Donatekart and enjoy talking about our work, we also love everything we\u2019re doing behind the scenes. Building and growing a company starts with a strong team, and we\u2019re hyper-focused on making this the best place for everyone to work at.

You know that we\u2019re a unique crowdfunding platform, and you know we work with NGOs across the country and that we\u2019re all about kindness. But here\u2019s what you didn\u2019t know about Donatekart:

1. Mental Health Means Everything To Us:<\/strong>

From empathy-driven leadership to workshops about mental health, we believe that mental health is of utmost importance and we try and do everything we can to make ensure our team\u2019s needs are taken care of.

2. Donors Are Our Priority:<\/strong>

We know you\u2019ve heard us say this before, but if you\u2019re a donor on Donatekart, you know how much we mean this. We\u2019re constantly thinking about ways in which we can thank you for your incredible support. From thoughtful calendars to eco-friendly lamps for Diwali, every year we\u2019re trying to reach as many of you as possible.

3. We Don\u2019t Believe In All Work & No Play:<\/strong>

Working in the social sector is not an easy feat. While one may come across stories of hope, there are also stories of despair that can leave you heartbroken. At work, we want to ensure all our teams are able to work together, but also have fun doing so. Our \u2018Fun Friday\u2019 sessions filled with games, talent shows and fun conversations are what everyone looks forward to. We also have a number of clubs that employees can join – whether you love watching movies or want to learn a new language – no one is left behind.
