Help the elderly people at this home by donating some food essentials

Running an old-age home is a huge task since responsibility for the well-being of the elders, both physically and mentally, rests on us. We try to do our best when it comes to taking care of our 26 seniors, who have nowhere else to go and no one else to turn to. Senior citizens are often left to fend for themselves as they are considered a burden by their families. We want to give them a safe and secure place to live.

The motto of promoting "Universal Brotherhood" encourages us to work towards creating wellness in physical, mental, and spiritual areas for everyone under our care. Amma Orphanage provides a family environment for seniors. Life for many senior citizens is about surviving the day, but we believe they deserve more. Our focus is on providing a homely environment where they don’t have to worry about their basic needs and are taken care of with love.

While we try our best to make sure these elders get everything they need, it becomes challenging to do that on our own due to financial constraints. Sometimes, affording the basic supplies needed to give them a decent life becomes difficult. We don’t want to deprive these seniors of the love and care that they deserve. That’s why we need your help to provide them with nutritious food. We request that you please help us get grocery kits for these elders. Your kind support will help us bring about a great change in their lives. 

About the NGO: Amma Orphan Old-Age Home, known as "Amma Anadha Sharanalayam," is a non-profit organization founded by Mr. E. Teja with the objective of providing shelter to orphans and senior citizens. The aim is to provide the children with quality school education and a healthy, homely atmosphere, and to give abandoned senior citizens a home and comfort during their last years.
