Story of the campaigner
Nourish with Care is a campaign dedicated to providing nutritious meals to people with disabilities who face challenges accessing healthy and safe food. With an estimated 15% of the world's population living with disabilities, it is crucial to ensure that everyone has access to proper nutrition.
Problem Statement
People with disabilities often face difficulties accessing food due to various factors, such as limited mobility, financial constraints, and a lack of knowledge about healthy eating. This can lead to malnutrition, which can cause various health complications and reduce the quality of life.
The primary objective of the Nourish with Care campaign is to provide healthy and nutritious meals to people with disabilities. The campaign also aims to raise awareness about the importance of proper nutrition for people with disabilities and advocate for policies that promote their right to food security.
About the NGO: Aaryash Foundation is a non-profit organization in India, registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013.
