    Project

North 24 Parganas is the largest district of West Bengal. The only district hospital in North 24 Parganas is 'Barasat District Hospital. All this district's small, medium and big hospitals are sent to this Barasat Hospital for the treatment of all kinds of complex patients. So this hospital is always crowded with patients and patients' families.

So our target group is the patients who come from far away for treatment and the patient's family members. Especially in government hospitals most of the helpless and distressed people who have very little income come for treatment.

Most of the time we see that for the treatment of the patients, their families sell their land and houses, take mortgages, or take money from moneylenders at high interest. Since they need more money for treatment, they act with fear. If they spend money on food, they can't treat the patient well. Then they suffer from hunger and cannot buy food due to lack of funds. Our Dreamer Trust continues to work on its mission to eradicate hunger.

We see various people in the hospital such as old men and women, children, pregnant women, street children, challenged and beggars. We serve 'one rupee food' to everyone.

We serve 200-250 people a meal for one taka per day, per person.

Your contribution towards the grocery kits will ensure more hungry and homeless people are given fresh and nutritious meals so that they can survive. This will not only keep them healthy but will also give them hope for a better future. We are looking forward to your support.
