Technology Donation Programme - Society develops only when students are technically equipped

HOPE BEGINS FOUNDATION, nonprofit organization, is here to make technology affordable and available, by putting laptops in the hands of economically disadvantaged students and veterans. We believe laptops are no longer a luxury in today's technology driven world, but they are a necessity to a child's education, opportunities, and ultimately a better future. Economically disadvantaged school children lacking access to laptops to complete their homework creates opportunity gaps between students, largely based on their economic status, also known as the digital divide. This Mission is a direct response to narrowing this divide, by helping students in low-income households obtain a computer, so that socio-economic disadvantaged kids have an equal chance for a better future.

Our VISION is to provide students with quality, affordable laptops they need to succeed in school and life. We believe that NO student should be denied access to a laptop simply because they cannot afford one. We have been working on this project for a long time.

The foundation started guiding differently-abled people to participate in sports back in 2017, slowly moving towards extending support to food distribution for the needy and working on multiple non-governmental welfare projects including laptop distribution among underprivileged students, food distribution services counting up to more than 90 lakh meals till date, shelter, education, and other welfare projects.

The presence of the Hope Begins Foundation in many other states and the organization being recognized by big brands and personalities are a reflection of the selflessness and hard-working spirituality among the supporters and the team members.
With a vision to empower people who remain hopeless in their life because of disabilities, the organization prepared events and gave them opportunities to prove their worth and abilities. During the pandemic, Hope Begins Foundation became the real definition of ‘hope’ for people who were unable to afford basic needs like food and shelter.
The organization wishes to work as a catalyst in bringing sustainable change in the lives of underprivileged students and hence, makes constant efforts to support and guide them, also providing them with necessary study-related materials. The foundation wishes for a world free of hunger, desperation, and helplessness, focusing on making efforts so every individual has equal rights and dignity in society and does not have to be helpless in any case.
Hope Begins Foundation values honesty and transparency in every endeavor, guides everyone to work on their creative and innovative skills, helps them master their skills and attain professionalism, and makes them understand concepts like teamwork.

Financial problems are a major reason that many children are unable to afford educational expenses. Working as an organization for the welfare of the people, different projects carried out by the team are completed with the hope that a small step might bring a big change in someone’s life.
The laptop distribution project has changed the lives of many students. The young minds who should have every right to nourish and nurture their dreams so they can bloom in the form of success, the project helped them to be open to a new world filled with much more surprises and discoveries.

​About the NGO : Hope Begins Foundation, an NGO it was started by organizing sports tournaments for differently-abled, is now working on various other causes like feeding the underprivileged, supporting the education of poor children, and providing financial help during medical emergencies.​
