‘Kathak Dharohar’ – a society for creating awareness about performing arts amongst masses all over the Globe.
'Kathak Dharohar was established in the year 2012, under the Societies Registration Act of 1860. This society has crossed many a milestone in a brief period of 10 years . Children from slums, tribal areas, leprosy patients, children of S*x Workers, and people with special needs (Divyang children). The sustainable work of the society carried out thus far has strengthened the resolve of its members to spread the cultural connotations of our country far and wide and keep the lamp of Kathak dance and its traditions lit eternally.
Hunger continues to be one of the major challenges India faces even today. Currently 101 on the Global Index Score, countless underprivileged people in India continue to struggle to get even one meal a day.
Several people lost their jobs, their homes, their families, and their livelihoods. Many labourers in India rely on daily wages for their survival, they have had no means to even earn the minimum wage.
However, there are several NGOs across the country who have come forward to lend a helping hand to all those suffering due to hunger. Whether it’s people in rural India or the homeless, these NGOs have been able to reach out to thousands and give them healthy meals to survive.
However, it’s not enough.
Your contribution towards the grocery kits will ensure more hungry and homeless people are given fresh and nutritious meals so that they can survive. This will not only keep them healthy but will also give them hope for a better future.
