Help Singer Mohit Chauhan And Team Nivesh Provide Life-Saving Equipment To Those In Need

The country is facing an acute shortage of oxygen cylinders. Patients and their near and dear ones everywhere are running from hospital to hospital to secure a bed with an oxygen facility or an oxygen cylinder. Delhi is one of the most severely hit cities. Every day, Delhi hospitals cater to not just the population of Delhi but also its neighboring cities.

To support the existing efforts of the hospitals and institutions,  Nivesh, an NGO,  started its initiative Project Bajrangi. They are working with the relevant government authorities to refill and procure oxygen cylinders and oxygen concentrators to help COVID-19 patients, frontline workers and their families and other people in need. 

Started in 2005 by Mohit Chauhan and his sister-in-law, Rachna, to support education, water and sanitation, culture and animal welfare across India, Nivesh has been actively helping people and animals since the beginning of the pandemic. They have been feeding more than 150 stray animals in Delhi every day, installed more than 100 drinking water pots and food bowls across various locations in parks, and provided medical treatment to the wounded.

Today, due to the acute shortage of oxygen cylinders in the country, Mohit Chauhan along with team Nivesh has been working relentlessly to help those in need access this life-saving equipment.
