Provide Hygiene products for Children in Need

When the Corona pandemic broke out, the first thing everyone did was stock up their cupboards, medicine drawers and hygiene supplies. But, it’s important for us to realise that not everyone has that privilege of being able to afford to stock up. 

If we can sleep without thinking where tomorrow’s meal will come from, that’s a privilege. 

If we can work from home and still earn our monthly pay, that’s a privilege. 

If our children can find safety and comfort at home, that’s a privilege.

Unfortunately, more than 20 million children in India are orphaned. They’re either in shelter homes or in orphanages where the NGOs struggle to take care of these poor children. The Corona outbreak has brought the world to its knees. It’s a nightmare that came true. The virus broke out and has triggered a nationwide lockdown. 

These children require hygiene kits. They need soaps, bottles of handwash, and face masks to keep themselves safe. Children immune systems are at a nascent stage and they’re prone to be infected with various diseases. This is a time where their immune systems need to be strong. A time when their health should be taken care of.
